Privacy Policy

I believe you should always know what data I collect from you and how I intend to use it, and that you should have meaningful control over both. I want to empower you to make the best decisions about the information that you share with me. That’s the basic purpose of this updated Privacy Policy.

When you use my website, even if you’re just looking, I receive some personal information from you like the type of device you’re using and your IP address. You can choose to share additional information with me like your email address, phone number, contact info. I use this information to send you requested material, to mail materials to you, and for things like keeping you informed from time to time about me and my work.

I give you control to limit the data I collect from you and how I use it.

In addition to information you share with me, I may use your information to determine what topics you’re interested in, and other signals to show you more relevant content. I give you transparency into that information, and you can modify or correct it at any time. If you have questions about this policy, how I collect or process your personal data, or anything else related to my privacy practices, I want to hear from you. You can contact me at any point here privacy@doodleink.co.uk.

Information You Share With Me

I require certain information to provide and or deliver our services to you. For example, when you submit my online contact form, you provide your consent to receive a response from me or my partners and associates to the email address or other contact address you provide. My response can include but may not only be marketing material immediately and in the future. That consent also includes that I can digitally and non digitally but always securely store your data – so that I may keep you informed of new exhibitions, new work, courses and the like. Thus, when you choose to share your information with me, I collect and use it to operate my services.

Sharing Your Data With Others

In addition to you providing your information to me directly, from time to time I may also use technology like application programming interfaces (APIs) and embeds to make that information available to other websites, apps, etc., for their use in delivering a service to me, and or you - for example, for visitor traffic analysis carried out by others for me, helps me improve our services. Whilst I generally make this content available, it is in a limited and controlled manner and for no charge. The entities that receive this access are not affiliated with me.
I might also share your information with our affiliates and or distributors in the execution of my service delivery.

Your Contact Information - How I will use it.

I use your contact information, such as your email address or phone number or IP address, to authenticate your interaction with me. I keep it secure and its use controlled, and to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
I also use your contact information to personalise my approach toward you, my services, and to send you information about my products and services. If you provide me with your mobile/cellular phone number, you agree to receive text messages from me to that number as your country’s laws allow. I will also use your contact information to market to you as your country’s laws allow, and to help others deliver services to you that I utilise, including through third-party services and client applications such as postal services, etc. If you email me, I will keep the content of your message, your email address, and your contact information to respond to your request.

How You Control the Information You Share with Me

At anytime, you can contact me to request that I:

  • Show you what information I hold about you.
  • Show you who else has received your data directly from me.
  • Update the data I hold about you.
  • Delete the data I hold about you.

If you have any questions about these terms of service, you can contact me privacy@doodleink.co.uk.
